Management
MSc Civ. Eng, member of the European Federation of National Engineering Associations (FEANI), has been working with Public Private Partnerships (PPP) projects since 1997. He has been involved mainly in implementing large scale infrastructure projects in Sweden and Poland, e.g. Arlanda Express, Motorway A2, and now A1 from Gdańsk to Toruń. He lives in Poland since 2001 and joined GTC as President of the Management Board in 2005.
A graduate of the Gdańsk University of Technology, the Faculty of Hydro and Environmental Engineering, and the Gdańsk Foundation for the Management of Managers and the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow (MBA studies). From January 2019 he is the Vice President of Gdańsk Transport Company. In the years 2008-2018 he sat on the Management Board as the Operations and Maintenance Director. Previously, he worked in International Corporations in managerial positions. In addition, he participated in many international projects related to the construction industry throughout Europe. Privately, husband and dad, active athlete, interested in the history of World War II.
A graduate of the University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Economics and Dublin Institute of Technology. Bartosz previously worked for Ernst & Young, where he participated and conducted financial audits, transaction and business advisory projects. In GTC since 2006, Bartosz has a long practical experience of Public-Private Partnership project from the financing, through construction, onto operation and maintenance stages. A husband and a father, a surfer and a skier, actively passionate about motoring.
Graduate of the Gdańsk University of Technology, Faculty of Civil Engineering, and of the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development, and of the Erasmus University in Rotterdam (MBA studies). He has worked for international construction companies on implementation of projects in the Public-Private Partnership model, to name e.g. the A1 Motorway and the A2 Motorway. With GTC since 2005. In private, husband and father, enthusiast of taking active pastime with his family, fan of jogging and cycling.

AAPP Sp. z o.o. is owned indirectly by Arcus A1 Investor Vehicle LLP (the “Investor Vehicle”). The Investor Vehicle is managed by a subsidiary of Arcus Infrastructure Partners LLP on behalf of its ultimate controller, Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP (“ABP”). ABP administers collective pension schemes for participants in the education, government and construction sectors, cleaning and window-cleaning companies, housing corporations and energy and utility companies, as well as social or sheltered employment in the Netherlands. Currently, ABP administers over 30% of all collective Dutch pension schemes.
Arcus Infrastructure Partners is an independent fund manager focused solely on long term investments in European infrastructure. Arcus invests on behalf of institutional investors through discretionary funds and special co-investment vehicles and, through its subsidiaries, currently manages investments with an aggregate enterprise value of €15 billion (as of 30 November 2016). Intertoll Capital Partners B.V. was established in 2017 as a Joint Venture between the Aberdeen Infrastructure (Holdco) II-A BV and Intertoll Infrastructure Developments B.V. with an aim to invest in highway concession projects. Intertoll Capital Partners currently has invested equity in projects in Hungary and Poland.
